"Die Gewerkschaften in Japan" (日本の労働組合)

日本において、全国的に影響力を持つ労働組合組織である「連合」(全日本民間労働組合連合会)が結成されたのは、1989年になってからだ。今、連合の会員数は690万人まで増加し、日本の労働組合の中でも非常によく組織化された団体であると言える。一般的に、日本の労働組合の組織率は1960年代から大きく低下している。特に、現在日本の労働者の3割を占める非正規雇用労働者が増加し、彼らの大半が組合に加盟していない。
