ドイツのエネルギー政策 〜脱原発、再生可能エネルギーと経済成長 (FES東京事務所代表 Sven Saaler による講演)

スヴェン・サーラFES東京事務所代表が、最近のドイツにおけるエネルギー政策をめぐる議論を紹介しながら、日本とドイツの共通点と相違点について講演を行いました。

福島の原発事故が、ドイツの社会・政治・経済に大きな打撃を与え、メルケル政権が目指していた「脱・脱原発」路線が急遽に変更され、2000年に社民党・緑の党によって決議された脱原発が正しい選択であったと再確認されました。ドイツ社会において、この決断は大きく評価され、脱原発が再確認されたと同時に、将来に向けてエネルギー供給の確保が大きな課題になってきています。その結果、ドイツにおける再生可能エネルギーの拡充がさらにスピードアップされました。本講演では、最近のドイツにおけるエネルギー政策をめぐる議論を紹介しながら、日本とドイツの共通点と相違点について考えます。
